What we collect
When you book a cab, a ticket or a package we take the details the trip needs: your name, phone number, pickup address, travel dates, party size and — for rail and air bookings — the passenger details the carrier requires (as per IRCTC and airline rules, this can include age and government ID). The form on this website sends its contents to us as a WhatsApp message or a plain message; nothing is stored on the website itself.
How we use it
- To run the trip: assigning the driver, sharing their name and number with you and yours with them.
- To make bookings in your name with railways, airlines, bus and hotel operators — only the details the booking needs.
- To send you the written fare, invoices when requested, and trip updates on WhatsApp or by phone.
What we never do
- We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
- We do not send marketing broadcasts; you hear from us about your trip.
- We do not keep payment credentials — payments run by cash, UPI or bank transfer directly.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising cookies. A theme preference (dark or light) is stored in your own browser. The embedded Google map on the contact page loads from Google and follows Google's own policies.
Keeping and removing your data
Booking records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Ask us at sandeeptoursandtravels05@gmail.com or on +91 99106 50422 to see or delete the details we hold for you, and we will do it unless a law says we must keep them.
